The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in the Eastern Cape affirmed that Advocate Zukile Mdolomba died on Saturday.
Mdolomba was one of the three examiners for the situation against Omotoso.
The bail utilization of Omotoso was excused in the Port Elizabeth High Court as of late.
The court found that the safeguard had not advanced any outstanding conditions to warrant giving him bail.
NPA representative Anelisa Ngcakani stated: “While Advocate Mdolomba assumed a urgent function for this situation, all the more particularly the effective resistance of Omotoso’s ongoing application for bail, the two excess investigators are similarly prepared to do effectively arraigning the case.”
