COCT APOLOGISES TO WHEELCHAIR-USING MAN ABUSED BY POLICE OFFICERS

Recordings of the occurrence circled via web-based media on Thursday morning, demonstrating two officials associated with losing a man his wheelchair while he was tending to one of the officials. The casualty’s name has not yet been uncovered.
